Use the gift-card code from the email or the shorter order reference shown on the purchase or staff record.

Gift-card code or order referenceThe redemption code begins FEGC. The order reference begins FE-GIFT. EmailUse the purchaser or recipient email. A valid email is always required. Security PIN Optional when the email matchesUse the six-digit PIN from the gift-card email if the email above does not match the purchaser or recipient.

Choose an event and enter the gift-card code beginning FEGC in the Discounts and gift cards step. Use the purchaser or recipient email for the booking, or enter the six-digit security PIN.
